The Bathurst Arms Fair will be open to the public from 9am Saturday and Sunday.

The listing of the 2026 exhibitors comprises all of the 58 exhibitors who have already booked their attendance.

Local Bathurst Licensing Police will be attending the Arms Fair.
Represenatives from
NSW Firearms Registry have confirmed that they will be attending.
Genuine US Colts, Winchesters. Loading tools and accoutrements from Winchester Arms Collectors Society
Sydney head office are sending a team of SSAA (NSW) staffers to offer support and information which may assist SSAA members.
Membership of SSAA is also on offer at the fair

Free parking is available within the showgrounds behind the pavilions.
Please follow the signage.
Easy level access to the venue.
Please do not park in the caravan area.
Disabled parking is on the eastern side of the Howard Pavilion.

Our normal caterer has a booking for our weekend and we are very pleased to now accept the services of the CWA ladies from Bathurst. We wish them every success in their fundraising.
Coffee cart is good to go.
Fresh gourmet coffee is available.
Or bring a hamper and have a picnic on the Cottage Lawn in front of the pavilions.

Conditions at entry apply.
Security guards and electronic surveillance will be on-site 24/7 for the entire duration of the fair.
Bag inspections and electronic scanners will be in use at the exit. All purchases must be receipted.
Only firearms that are legal under current NSW Firearm Laws are allowed at the fair.
Firearm Licence must be produced and retained by the dealer before a firearm can be physically inspected.
No C or D category firearms or parts will be displayed or for sale.
